One of our Elders, Chrystal Richardson, opens our series, Creed: A Study of What We Believe. Forgiveness is a way to share the love of God with those close to us. There components are part of the forgiving process:
- Make room for it
- Bring something
- Do not linger

We are in chapter 6 this week of soul detox. The toxic emotion of the week is envy, I hope you guys enjoy the video and learn the art of contentment!

Byron shares his thoughts on overcoming struggles with boundaries. Some actions we can take are: setting boundaries at work, making sure you know what your job asks of you, making a list of the tasks you need to complete, and even speak with your boss to discuss any overload on your plate.
