As we start a new year, setting goals is important. Including God in all your goals, would be a great way to start the year. A few categories for goals range from: Spiritual Goals, Mental Health Goals, Relational Goals, Physical/Personal Goals, and you can combine categories!

We can all help in our communities, but help should not be dispersed one time a year. Help comes in the form of showing grace and mercy, compassion and understanding, and love on a regular basis.  Love is the remedy and it will change your perspective.

Osheta Moore goes over how our stories are unique and how we can follow God and how to center our lives around Jesus and how he loved us all and how we can use that to love our neighbors and those around us.

If you have spoken to people who have been on a mission trip, the common theme you will find is that most people say to GO! They know that it is worth the risk, the experience changes them, and the world is crying for help. So start now, and GO!

Completing a marathon is not an easy task and help is always required. Help we can turn to and always depend help from God. Lean on Him and he will be there no matter what point in the race you are in. 

Some lies we hear are: "you can do it ALL BY YOURSELF"  "ALL hope is lost" or "I'm NEVER going to
