  • Season Three Trailer

Welcome to Season 3 of The Growing Us Project.
It’s been an interesting time. I started recording in February of the Pandemic year ( 2020) and of course stopped once we had direction from our  Public Health Officer. It was wonderful to start again, sit with these lovely couples and hear about their journey’s. We will start with their love stories and then move into deeper conversations. You will also hear from Chris and I, as we continue to share our discoveries about our relationship, especially during this unprecedented time. Enjoy the stories. Stay safe and healthy and wash your hands and most of all, be kind and loving.

The podcast wouldn’t be a podcast without the expertise and talent of Oliver Hollingshead. He is my producer, editor, and musician behind the original music for The Growing Us Project. Many thanks to Emma Powell, she keeps my social media presence alive and well. And we always have great conversations about all things millennial and GenZ.

    Love to hear your comments.

    1. Have a pen or pencil handy to make notes on the pages.

    2. Read with your partner and discuss ideas and concepts. What resonants and what doesn't.

    3. Take time, put down and revisit .

    4. Take what you need, find your nuggets that are helpful in your relationship in the moment. Revisit in the future. Do the concepts still apply? What have you learned? What works now?
