Dr. Monique Perry is a part of the Administration at York Technical College in Rock Hill, South Carolina. In her own career, she shifted paths when she went from the corporate world to higher education. In her current role, she helps adults to decide what they want to do in their career, and how education can empower them to do so. In this episode, Dr. Perry shares what questions she asks to help people determine their path, the importance of trusting your gut and having a lot of faith in the journey, and how finding fulfillment outside of your career is so important.
