So, why did I decide to start a podcast?

Well, as you will hear in this solo episode, I am done with playing small.

After a couple of transformative spiritual experiences, I no longer see this reality the way I used to (in a good way).

I also love a good deep chat, and this is the perfect way to formalise that…and gives my husband a well-deserved break.

I start off pretty strong in this episode, touching on the following:

- My recent awakening

- Jesus, and my experience with him (I said big, didn’t I??)

- Veganism and why I understand it more now

Did I plan to speak about these things? No, but I am already experiencing the benefits of speaking from my heart/ truth and opening UP THAT THROAT CHAKRA.
