An outcome that’s seemingly become inevitable at this point is Kansas City winning the AFC West. It has been doing it since Patrick Mahomes took the reigns, and it seems unlikely that trend will end anytime soon. If Mahomes and Andy Reid have each other, the Chiefs should continue to dominate.

The middle of August signals several things for Major League teams. The dog days of summer are mostly behind them and it's time to get in gear for the playoffs. With just under two months left in the regular season, some of the top teams still haven't found their stride making most of the divisions up for grabs.
