After all the controversy surrounding Game 4, the Boston Bruins were able to pull out a gutsy win on Tuesday night, defeating the Panthers 2-1, to force a Game 6. Yet this game was not as clean as fans would've liked. There were still controversial element & calls to this game that left many Bruins fans questioning whether or not this series is on the up & up. This doesn't mean that I am letting the Bruins off with a free pass b/c they have played like dog crap through games 2 & 3. But what I am saying is maybe the NHL is helping teams like the Panthers b/c without their success, the Panthers would have very little to no fans.
On tonight’s LOADED show, I’ll detail why the Nuggets’ Game 5 win over Minnesota was one of the most important moments of Nikola Jokic’s career, and how it can no longer be argued that Jalen Brunson isn’t a superstar in the NBA. I’ll then detail why Jared Goff’s contract shows that Dak Prescott is en route to break the bank elsewhere in the NFL on Carving Up the Context, why Caitlin Clark’s debit should make you more confident about what she’ll do moving forward, and an honest assessment of the Boston Celtics’ postseason run.
Tonight’s panelists are Gryd Network cofounder and All Even host, Barry Grant Jr, Gryd Network cofounder and Bicoastal Baseball host, Mike Guido, BoysNTheZone host, EJ Savage, and special guest, Danny Olmann, and they’ll give their two-minute takes on whether Jared Goff is worth the $212 million extension he got from the Detroit Lions. if they’re surprised of the Nuggets completely turning around their series against the Timberwolves, and whether the Thunder deserve more credit for stealing Game 4, or the Mavs deserve more blame for letting it slip away. In the winner-take-all round, the top two point-getters will give their take on if there’s any significance to LeBron James attending Game 4 of Celtics vs Cavs in Cleveland.
Join myself (Ej Savage) & Special Guest Rucker from Boot2TheFace & EightyProofPod Podcasts as we discuss important off season topics such as "What are the Cowboys doing at RB and DT", "How big of an impact can we seriously expect from Mike Zimmer and the new defensive Scheme", "Are the Browns a good week 1 draw?", & "How do these one year contracts with Dak, McCarthy, and Zimmer factor into season pressure and their overall ability to work within this situation orchestrated by the jones?"
Bicoastal Baseball is back with another loaded episode as we approach mid-May! Mike and Dalton have plenty to discuss as the league is starting to take shape. Top pitching prospect Paul Skenes made his major league debut not even a year after being selected with the top overall pick in the 2023 MLB Draft by the Pirates. What do we make of his debut? What sort of career can we project for Skenes? Who is more likely to sell at the deadline between the Blue Jays and the Astros with both teams being in last place? Which division races are we most intrigued by right now? PLUS Dalton's Hot Corner to help put some money in your pocket!
On tonight’s PACKED show, I’ll detail why the Nuggets tying the series 2-2 with the T-Wolves isn’t shocking at all as well as how Minnesota’s shortcomings start and end with Rudy Gobert, and why the Knicks are still in a good position to beat the Pacers despite their Game 4 blowout loss. I’ll then detail how an opening night loss to the Chiefs could derail the Ravens 2024 season, why the Mavs have officially found a new identity after taking a 2-1 lead over the Thunder, and what to expect from Caitlin Clark in her rookie season ahead of her WNBA debut.
Episode 202 AEP is back to discuss the Knicks having major injury concerns for the remainder of the series, Draymond Green saying the Knicks are on a fluke run, Jokic wins 3rd MVP in 4 years, Wolves have exposed the Nuggets, Shannon Sharpe\Shaq beef, Suns hire Budenholzer, Hornets hire Charles Lee, James Harden is a career loser, Who should be the Lakers hire as head coach?, Anonymous Luka drama and Dummy of The Week Winner!
On tonight’s PACKED show, I’ll explain how the Timberwolves gained the edge on the Nuggets 3 months ago after going up 2-0 on the champs and the historical ramifications if Denver goes out in Round 2, as well as why the Thunder are in a unique position to potentially become the youngest team in history to win the NBA Championship. I’ll then detail why the NBA screwed up badly in not suspending Jamal Murray for throwing two items at a referee on Carving Up the Context, Bryson’s Best 10 players left in the NBA Playoffs, and why Jalen Brunson is in the midst of one of the greatest stretches of basketball we’ve ever seen at this point in the season.
Join myself & Special Guest Mike Guido tonight as we discuss the Dallas Cowboys Rookie class, the season of answers, projections, Zeke Return, and so much more!
