The Guest Is Not King

After a looooooong Hiatus, we are finally back with a brand new episode. We took the phrase "new year, new me" a lot more seriously this time around. In episode 8 we are joined by Alex Meza, DJ, club owner, chef and party animal! We packed this recording with partying, sex, drugs and so much more.

Today we had one of the smallest mixologists in world behind the mic, the Alice. Then we had Matthew, a government employee who sells Irish produce in Dubai. Guess what? Dubai has no local produce ;)

What better way to have a valentine's day special, by discussing our favourite pornstars and the spicy details of hotel management. Out love friend Jah brings us through a tumultuous journey of his experience in hospitality.

In this episode, With Jonathan Kasius (@Kasiusink), we talk about the customer/guest experience in the Tattoo industry. check out to hear what it's like to permanently imprint someones skin and the how the guest often behaves in such a setting.

Today's guest is our fun-loving and crazy friend Richie. He's an Musician, former bartender and Cook. Over his homemade and hard-hitting White Russians, we discuss the life in a professional Kitchen and more... also, we may have been more than a little inebriated during this recording.

Enjoy.

With our next guest being our sexy-sounding friend Sebastian we talk about the change from hospitality to a company and the awareness of diabetes.

Well, here is Part 2 with more chaos and a lot more alcohol but the main question is, are we drunk?

The first guest to our podcast are the lovely Willem and the feisty Claire. Claire is the heavily tattooed white woman, that has worked as a hair dresser for most of the time that Gen-Z has been around. She also specializes in black male hair, and does Che's dreads. Her resume in the field is about as big as her mouth. Willem has worked in hospitality since the inception of the second decade of the second millennium. If hospitality had a face it would be this bald ginger. This man will butter you up if you set foot on his terrace and you will leave with the biggest smile on you face.

The guest is not king is a project that found its origin in our collective hospitality and service industry experience. In the first episode we talk about our own experience working in restaurants, bars and café's. Taylan, Benjamin and Che welcome you to our take and experience.
