Today’s news is filled with violence and fearful stories that bombard us with information about the world. It is very easy to fall into the trap of believing that this information is accurate. Yes, there are always intense events happening around the world but that doesn’t mean that bad things will happen in our life. We need to stop instantly believing what people say and start thinking for ourselves. We need to believe only what feels good for us and let the other information go. This is a great strategy to start living more peacefully.

Questioning our lives is a general rule, which we think everyone should live by. It takes into consideration that we are all different and no set values/ideals could ever make everyone happy. Learn to use your body as a way to differentiate what makes you feel good and what makes you feel bad. And this will lead you in the direction of peace and happiness.

Tonight we talk about our struggle with reality, as we constantly believe the fantasies that come into our minds. We realize that in order to find love and happiness, we must stop searching for it as if we don’t already possess it. Because in the search for love comes the thought that we aren’t love.
