He who hath begun a good work in you will complete it unto the day of Jesus Christ. Philippians 1:6

The blessing of resting in God is knowing that his presence assures us of a work already completed. There is therefore no need to be worried about anything we do for him.

When we put our focus on God and not on our circumstances, God will respond to our situation and we will witness a change in our situation.

As gold is refined by the increase in temperature so are we by God allowing more adversity as we mature spuritually in Him. Why? Because we are stronger and can handle it. He sees the pure-gold level of faith in us.

May the trying of your faith worketh patience, letting patience have its perfect work toward spiritual maturity. James 1:3

By choosing to trust God in the storms of life He will give you peace in Christ Jesus.

The best God has for you is when you wait on Him.

Trust that God will tell you what you need to know, when you need to know it. He knows what we can handle and His timing is always perfect.

The problem we all face to not sin is something we simply can not do on our own. (Romans 7:19-20) The solution is voluntarily surrendering ourselves to the presence of the Holy Spirit. (Zachariah 4:6)

It is only during those times of weariness that we can experience the strength to do anything. Make no mistake its not us but the indwelling Holy Spirit with that helps us.
