If you or I commit to doing (or NOT doing) something 75 times - 75 days in a row - something is bound to change within us.

Consistency...over time...it's a powerful force.

There is nothing new under the sun... How are you taking ownership of the learning process, even if "you've heard it all before"?

You know it's true. You and I both have, at one level or another, an addictive personality. It's part of our human nature.

Why not leverage the power of choice to make our addictions serve us (rather than the other way around)?

It speaks to the fullness of our "created self" - our redemptive potential.

It is interesting to me that "prepper" is a less-than-positive moniker in our society.

Some may say preppers are overly paranoid and too extreme in their views.

But make no mistake - the proverbial floods will come.

Will you - will I - be prepared?

Time. It's a tough nut to crack.

Be aware of our inability to fully understand it. Overcome. Get 'er done.

Eventually, you'll be very glad you did!
