I think as individuals and as a consumer society, we are great at overworking ourselves that we can find ourselves not even knowing what living for something looks like. I think God is calling us to live a life that is at REST by leaning into his presence in order to be restored and refreshed.

Loosing a child is something that leaves you scarred forever. It's learning to live a life where things aren't the same anymore. Being able to be strong is just not possible and yet, God tells us not to try and be strong but to take heed in him for he's overcome the world.

What our friends Jonathan and Lianna Ballard have experienced with the death of their son Elias, can only be described as heartbreaking. But their faith and ability to not stay quiet about what they're going through has helped others to know that they are not alone. This episode is for the fathers and the mothers that feel like hope is Lost. Jon and Lianna get real honest and vulnerable about what they've gone and still figuring out. We were so encouraged by their testimony.

As 2024 comes to an end, Emily and David reflect on what this year has brought them...all the ups and downs, Also, competition within marriage due to insecurities and how we need to celebrate each other instead of competiting with one another.

Ok! so this is one of those conversations where it may seem it was planned but the truth is... We had no clue the Lord would take us down this road. Building boundaries with yourself? seems weird but the reality is we are creatures of habit and sometimes not realize we can do something that is harming to ourselves without realizing it till its too late.
