Interview with Burak Akay – Burak is an HR professional with more than 12 years of international experience. Prior to HR, he spent 5 years in Information Systems after his graduation from Mechanical Engineering. He’s spent most of his HR carreer in systems, Compensation & Benefits, projects and Talent Management. He is currently the Head of HR in Dubai for BASF.
