A morning routine doesn’t have to be complicated. It doesn’t have to take an hour. It can be just 10 minutes—but those 10 minutes can completely shift your energy, your focus, and the way you show up in the world.
For the past 10 years, I’ve committed to starting my day with intention. I meditate, I journal, I move my body, and I check in with myself. Not because I have to, but because I know that unless I take care of myself first, I have nothing to give to anyone else.
