The show is about how leaders need to have strong core beliefs and be in tuned with their own senses in order to lead their teams to success.   Core beliefs are a person’s most central ideas about themselves, others, and the world.  Your core beliefs are what you use to make everyday decisions with.  An important skill all leaders need is knowing how to identify your emotional responses.  Part of this is being able to tune into your senses.  What does this mean?

This first show is an introduction to me and what's to come.   I will be helping you become a better leader to lead your team to success, prepare you for leadership roles, career growth, help you through career transitions so you can discover your true passion, and accountability.  I called the podcast The Hans-ON Show in this first episode.  But I changed the name to The Hans-ON Experience because I will be "Hands-ON helping you achieve your goals.
