A growth mindset: Seems obvious, but you need a willingness to invest time in reflecting on your mindset and appetite for growth.
A positive attitude with gratitude: It's so important to be upbeat and constantly reflecting on what you are grateful for.
Confidence and resilience: You can't be afraid to take chances and fail or shy away from tapping into big successes. Comparison is the killer of confidence. Stay focused on you and let the competition do their thing— there is an abundance of agencies but only one YOU. Focus on that and get comfortable being surrounded by others chasing their dreams, too.
