Well here we are into the new year. Have you made your resolutions yet?

If not don't bother! Don't make resolutions, set goals.

It's so easy to promise to ourselves 'I'll lose weight, I will exercise more, I'll find a new job, I'll start my own business'. But resolutions are just sometimes just words, resolutions don't have heart, resolutions don't have that deep energy of setting of firm, do-able, accountable goals. Let's discuss!
