I've known for months now that I wanted to talk about losing my mom and about grief on the podcast. Who better to sit down with to talk about it than Jess, my little sister? Grab your tissues, we both cry.

It's easy to want to sugarcoat things - to others, to ourselves, to God. But I truly believe honesty is the best policy, and that no one is served well (ourselves included) when we don't just call it what it is.
