In this episode, specific examples of trauma are presented using the framework of Classical or Pavlovian Conditioning. Using this theory of animal learning will help explain how and why chronic trauma symptoms may have developed. This will also clarify a way forward for recovery.
Please note that this episode contains explicit sexual material on sexual assault, child abuse, domestic violence, mass violence, combat, self-harm and death and dying, that some people may find disturbing or triggering.
Music by Assaf Ayalon - Verve (Artlist)
