Unsure what to tell your pattern maker what your grade rule is? Then this podcast is for you! In this podcast, I discuss how you can create standard sizing for your brand, give you grading tips, and provide the terminology you need when talking to a manufacturer about your brand sizing. Even if you buy wholesale, understanding grading will have you ahead of the game by keeping your customer informed about sizing and turning them into repeat customers. This will lessen the amount of returns you receive because something is too big or small. It's a lot of information, and sometimes brands try to skip this step, however establishing proper grading will have your brand look and feel professional.
