Donald Dancer is this week's guest on the Harness Racing Alumni Show. They both just received a two and half year suspension with a fine of $4,500. each from the Delaware Harness Racing Commission for a 3 Hydroxy - Lidocaine low level positive of 154 picograms. The big question is why such a steep penalty and fine for them…???  And how does the Delaware Racing Commission give days and a fine to a horseman (SEAN BIER) that is not listed as a trainer and does not have a Delaware trainers license??
