Leading a team in making decisions can be challenging. This episode reviews what Barry calls the “Ten Commandments of Team Decision-Making”. It is a protocol that has been used by Ephrata Community Church and HarvestNet International for decades and has worked very well when it comes to making big decisions.

It is easy to talk ourselves out of acting when we can find reasons and excuses not to do what we know we should do. Barry shares from when God called Ezekiel to speak for Him. God said to Ezekiel, "Eat what I am giving you." and God handed him a scroll. And God said, "Eat this scroll and then go speak to Israel". God also said, "Feed your stomach and fill your body with this scroll . . . and then go speak my words". Ezekiel 2:8; 3:3. We also should not speak for God without knowing what He has said and is saying in this time.
