'Now there was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews. This man came to Jesus by night and said to him, “Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher come from God, for no one can do these signs that you do unless God is with him.” '  John 3:1-2 ESV

Nicodemus was no fool. He didn't get to his position on the Sanhedrin court by being one. He knew Jesus was challenging the fabric of what he and his fellow High Priests believed. But Nicodemus was also curious. Curious about this Rabbi from Nazareth. Curious about His wisdom. Curious about His power. And curious about Jesus Himself.

"Philip said to him, “Lord, show us the Father, and it is enough for us.” Jesus said to him, “Have I been with you so long, and you still do not know me, Philip?
