And things are looking good!  All vital signs show that the market "correction" that took place almost a year ago is currently at the bottom - meaning that prices will continue to move up just a bit and most likely remain stable.  Between the consumer price index, mortgage rate decrease, and other economic indicators, Dan believes we will see a normal, stable market ahead.

This means the inflation rate is getting better.  Dan shares more details about this number and what it means in the housing industry.
