As a young man, my father taught me that no miracle ever happens without someone doing something. During the recent racial unrest, police killings, civil rights protests and Covid-19, it would be disingenuous to stay focused solely on success and entrepreneurship. I reached out to a good friend Pastor Joshua Bingham of The Renaissance Church in New Orleans to speak about the genuine frustrations that I’ve personally been dealing with and that I’ve received numerous questions about. Where is GOD in all of this? Why do we so often resort to “comfort scripture”, while we consistently suffer in the physical? This episode is at bare minimum a conversation that more black men should have and should have access to.
