This simple and easy to read book is written about HCG diet with countless delicious and healthy and easy to made recipes and this book offers a collection of recipes which are appropriate for every time and you will find in result the process of weight loss instant and i would say this book is best in providing perfect diet plan and this book provides a good introduction to the HCG diet and it reveals how the HCG diet works, what are its benefits, its possible side effects, and what foods to eat on such a diet. Moreover, it teaches you how to set up your weight loss journal and provides a good variety of recipes which should make things much easier for you as a beginner and this is a life changing book that helps us to slowly change our lifestyle and this book is very simple to understand and has easy to apply techniques in losing weight and with hard work and dedication, these strategies in this book will be really effective and the recipes are great too and easy to prepare so its very convenient for me to have a diet book like this and Reading this book about HCG diet excites me because of how user friendly it is and the contents are great as well. Lots of delicious recipes.
I found the recipes in this book to be very helpful in helping me stick to the HCG diet. It also kick-started my creativity and helped me to create my own recipes from the limited food selection that is available with this diet. As a result I don't feel deprived at all and I'm not bored with the food. Well, maybe a little, but having this book has sure made the diet a lot more tolerable than it would have been if I didn't have it.
