Abbie & Debbie speak with Dr David Rankin who specialises in explant surgery in Florida.

Dr Rankin is currently Chief of Plastic Surgery at St. Mary’s Medical Center and is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is a strong believer in BII and now focuses on explanting patients. Lucy has portrayed Chas Dingle in Emmerdale for 20 years and in 2017 she finished 3rd in I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! Lucy has had two boob jobs, the first aged 21 and her second aged 32 and in this episode she describes the instant relief she felt once she had them removed.

In the episode they discuss the effects BII had on Lucy, the hilarious game she now plays with her implants and she shares the shocking story of what happened to one of her implants during a night out.
