So I ended up coaching myself on today's episode hehe! 

I used to find it so daunting to ever admit my faults or own up to my struggles because in doing so, I admit openly that I am just a flawed human bean. But that is what I am and I am real!!

I have struggles all the time!!

I still have moments where my depression and anxiety hit me again!! 

But alhamdulillah, now my brain has been rewired over time and with a lot of practice.... Negativity doesn't stay for long. 

My brain is now wired to find solutions to my problems and counter the negativity with something positive! 

Today's episode is an insight into how I coach others!
