It’s been 2 months since I’ve been here in this space— ya girl was going through it in the best ways possible. I had a mind, body, soul rejuvenation! I go into some details in this episode on where I am now, what has been going on, the healing, the triggers, and the releases I’ve had.

In this epsisode I talk about how I'm feeling at 31 and the realizations I've had since my birthday on 3/3. I'm still learning so many lessons in life, andI'm far from perfect.  We're used to seeing people on social media with their seemingly perfect lives, and I'm guilty of trying to ONLY show that side of me, But in this episode, I get vulnerable and talk about a different side of my life, the side that doesnt feel good & isn't perfect. It might not be easy to talk about, but it feels healing, you know? My mess is my message, and if it helps just one person, then it's all worth it.
