Dana talks about the power of holding space for intense emotional and physical pain without having the need to fix it, change it, or make it go away. Dana describes how this practice allows for healing to occur and inner wisdom to emerge naturally. She also shares some of her own experiences with pain, holding a spacious place for others pain, and the way this leads to inner transformation.
