Today I am changing things up a bit. I am featuring another podcast in the healing community, The Healing Vibe with Shenikka Moore-Clarke.

Her guest, Danielle was diagnosed with ME/CFS at the beginning of 2021 and was then bed bound for a year. She eventually found out she could in fact heal, after doctors telling her she couldn't, and didn't stop until she was.

Realizing that she didn't want to go back to her highly intense events job, she started looking for her next passion, which came in the form of her new addiction to breathwork. After studying for 8 months, Danielle is now a certified breath facilitator and loves being a part of other people’s healing journey.

In this episode, Danielle gives us lots of information on breathwork and how the many ways that it can support the healing process. She shares some specific types of breathwork that she is trained in and gives us lots of useful tips about implementing it into our daily practice.
