I myself have lost love ones to cancer and suffered the heaviness of grief. I think it is important though for us to start asking new and challenging questions, and challenging the status quo if we ever want to make true progress in our understanding of it. I think when we have people like Paul challenging what we knew to be true and asking deeper questions is how we create positive change. This is no different then the pioneers in mindbody medicine who were willing to ask new questions and look at pain and chronic illness through a new lens!

Today I am changing things up a bit. I am featuring another podcast in the healing community, The Healing Vibe with Shenikka Moore-Clarke.
Her guest, Danielle was diagnosed with ME/CFS at the beginning of 2021 and was then bed bound for a year. She eventually found out she could in fact heal, after doctors telling her she couldn't, and didn't stop until she was.
Realizing that she didn't want to go back to her highly intense events job, she started looking for her next passion, which came in the form of her new addiction to breathwork. After studying for 8 months, Danielle is now a certified breath facilitator and loves being a part of other people’s healing journey.
In this episode, Danielle gives us lots of information on breathwork and how the many ways that it can support the healing process. She shares some specific types of breathwork that she is trained in and gives us lots of useful tips about implementing it into our daily practice.

Our guest today is Hollie. Hollie is a wife to the love of her life, Josh, and they have two kids, Anastasia and Elliott. When she was pregnant with Ana 6 years ago, she got very sick, and even after she was born her health continued to decline.
In the past 6 years, she unraveled the truth of her symptoms, and in doing so, she was able to heal. She now continues to live a very holistic, natural life. Our guest today is Kimberly Harter. After experiencing over a decade of extreme chronic illness, many different treatments, and tremendous pain, Kimberly healed herself and now has entirely new look on life.
After diagnoses of lyme disease, toxic mold, and food allergies, to name a few, she ultimately healed herself. Through brain retraining, cold therapy, breathwork, NAET, Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine, meditation, yoga, and seeking modalities outside of western medicine she created a life she couldn't have even imaginedjust 5 years ago.

Our guest today is Sonya Mujeeb. Sonya is a trauma informed integrative health coach who focuses on neural retraining, ancestral clearing practitioner and energy healer.
She was very connected as a child and knew her purpose on earth is to be a change maker and a steward to help better the lives of others in some way. She didn't know this would all entail going through a series of awakenings, chronic illness diagnosis and a limbic perfect storm to be led to her own hero's journey and living life with greater awareness and peace.
