Dejon Campbell is a communicator, journalist, creative, and pastor from Washington, DC. Throughout his career, Dejon has oversaw the content and development strategy efforts for various organizations, startups, and ministries. His ministry experience spans nearly a decade, in which he led and developed youth, young adult, and teaching ministries for churches in Washington, DC, North Carolina, Texas, and Nairobi, Kenya.
In the fall of 2021, Dejon decided to launch an inclusive church called HAUS (hope, acceptance, unity, and service). His goal is to create a space where people feel welcomed, loved, and affirmed.
In addition to his work in ministry, Dejon has also worked in journalism as a news reporter and host of two podcasts that were centered around faith and justice. Dejon currently resides in Dallas, Texas, but will always represent for his hometown of Washington, DC. He attended Regent University and has plans to obtain his Masters of Divinity degree in the near future. .
