Mary and I had a very open conversation about sexless marriages. It’s a conversation we just had to have. In our talk we touch on the transition from dating to marriage, the effects of living together on our sex life. We shared some statistics and strategies. We didn’t hold back.
The bottom line of this conversation just as all the conversations we had in this sex-series - is to shed te light on the elephant in the closet. To end our shame, guilt, fear and limiting beliefs around sex in general. But also to help us move forward in our relationships in the most healthy way possible.

We had to go there - we had to talk about these myths and misconceptions. So many people never got the right education when it comes to having a healthy sexual relationship and partnership. They compare amongst each other: “How many times are you guys doing it? How long does it last? Does your husband do this to you? How many times do you orgasm?”
Ohhhhh … the things we talk about!!
Erica and I are not here to give advice or tell you what you are doing is right or wrong. There is no shame in whatever you are doing or NOT doing.
Here is the point from this discussion: we are raising awareness - being playful too - bringing misconceptions to light and sharing our views from a professional, personal and spiritual perspective.
Take from this conversation what feels right to you - Drop what doesn’t and continue living your life.

Sandra and I are having a girl talk - not an interview style - just a chat ... why do we go back and have sex with our ex? at what point do we stop? If you know someone stuck in that loop, as their friend, what would you tell them?
