So many people are crippled, addicted, and worse because of "free" medications, surgeries, consultations with "experts doctors", etc.
At the end of the day, start at the source. If there's a problem with your body, instead of looking to make the symptoms better, take a look at the source of the pain, discomfort, or issue... and start there.
Too many people are dealing with side-affects of drugs designed to cover up symptoms with hopes it would heal the source...
If anything is worth your health, it should cost you the time, energy, and resource to get strong, stay healthy, and be empowered to keep going!

In this episode, Dr. Michael & Cassie unpack the definition of the word "subluxation" and how detrimental it can be to your spine and the rest of your body.
At the end of the day, if your spine is unhealthy, your body will follow suit. It's the primary highway or interstate (or inter-organ) that your nervous system travels through. Your brains ability to communicate to the REST OF YOUR BODY is entirely dependent on how well that path of travel is maintained.
This about it! If you've ever been in a traffic jam, what could take you five minutes on a normal day could very well be delayed to an hour if there's a road block, accident, or interference somewhere on the road.
Your spine works the same way - if your body is purposefully designed and created to heal on its own, it won't be able to do so unless it can properly communicate with itself... and this is why your spine is the most important area of your body to keep maintained... healthy... and strong.
