Pamela's first cookbook, "Kitchen Matters," was published in June 2017 and her second book, "Quicker than Quick," was released in April 2020. She is the Culinary Nutritionist for "Clean Eating Magazine" and a regular contributor to the Food Network Kitchen app. Pamela has appeared on numerous media outlets including The Today Show, The Rachael Ray Show, Hallmark's Home and Family, dozens of local TV shows, GOOP, MindBodyGreen, ELLE magazine, Allure, and many others.
