Mystical Full Moon to you my Beloved Soul Sisters! 

I had the pleasure of recording this episode in person with the magical Kassandra Miller as one of her daughters slept in the other room. Because we are in the same space with one microphone you may hear the sound quality to be a bit different.

A bit more about Kassandra from her directly: 

My name is Kassandra, 36 and I’m from Spokane, Washington. I grew up with five sisters, and family, connection, and life itself have always been at the center of who I am. I deeply enjoy the fullness of my life—my children, my work in yoga and digestive health, and the endless wisdom of the human body.

I believe in our ability to tune in, to listen, and to remember that we are powerful creators of our own well-being. Through movement, nourishment, presence, and awareness, I live and guide others toward a life that feels connected, embodied, and alive.

My path into wellness was forged through survival and healing. At a young age, severe microbiome imbalance led to H. pylori overgrowth, gallbladder failure, parasitic overload in my bile ducts, and ultimately bile duct cancer. What began as illness became the doorway to my life’s work.

Through deep study of digestion, food as medicine, Ayurveda, years of guiding yoga, hands-on work in colon hydrotherapy, and continued education in parasitology and the living microbiome, I rebuilt my health from the inside out. Today, I guide others through the same inner restoration—supporting the gut, the nervous system, and the body’s natural ability to return to ease, flow, and true function.

🌕 Blissful Full Moon in Aries 🐏  to You my beloveds!!! 

Whether you live in the North or South I hope you are enjoying the shift in seasons. 

In the Pacific Northwest the leaves are changing color, trees are releasing that which they no longer need as they prepare for winter. 

My Dad is arriving from out of town for a visit today and life is beautifully full. 

It was SO delightful to spend these 2 hours with Rose through the cosmos, she is truly a soul sister across the world.

Rose Swarts, @WildBirthKeeper on IG. Rose herself was born at home and which gave her an experiential blueprint of physiological birth. 

Rose shares her Drama filled firewalk of a 1st birth at home with a midwife to her Ecstatic Wild & Free Family birth! She even birthed her daughter Melody at the exact time she was born from her mother. 

Rose is Australian & lives on the South Caribbean side of Costa Rica, in a place called Talamanca, and specifically, in the town called Cahuita. Rose is a budding herbalist, Mother, women’s circle facilitator, Birth Keeper & more.
