Maria Coulter BEM is an Award Winning Construction Coach and Podcaster, leading a revolution in the industry, she also sits as a NED on the Construction Industry Council.  Maria is one of the construction industry's visionaries, Maria began her career in construction on site as a Quantity Surveyor. She saw an opportunity to improve the industry and develop higher standards.
