Ok, so, I got here in Sydney. 

Made the move.

So, what happens now?

I know I gotta be flexible, adapt to the environment, and go with the flow.

Survival mode is on.

I lived in Australia almost 4 years.

Sydney.

When I decided to move there, there was not much rational thinking going on, it was mainly on pure instincts. 

And a vision.

There's so much to talk about regarding those years spent down under.

This interview is part of a project I developed in 2019 back in NYC, called "NYC Curbside Stories" where I got the opportunity to chat with a few different, super interesting individuals that populate the Big Apple. 

D is one of them.

In october 2013 my friend Mia ( whom I met in Hawaii some years before ) contacts me.

"I got a job opportunity for you" she writes on messenger.

The job implies that I fly across the world, to California, San Francisco, and ride all the way up north, to an isolated region called "Lost Coast" and spend a few weeks in a cabin in the woods.

Yeah, but, what's the job about? And what happened up there?

Well, I guess there's only one way to know..

Nell'Ottobre del 2013 la mia amica Maia ( che avevo conosciuto anni prima alle Hawaii ) mi contatta.

"Ho un opportunità lavorativa per te" mi scrive su messenger.

Ciò implica che devo andare dall'altra parte dell'emisfero nord, in California, a San Francisco, e poi farmi quasi tutta la parte nord dello stato fino ad arrivare in una regione remota chiamata appunto "Lost Coast", e passare un paio di settimane in una baita sperduta nei boschi di "Redwoods" ( sequoie ).

Si ok, ma che lavoro era? E che è successo lassu?
