My name is Chiara Nicole Gero, I am a 23 year old American-Croatian living in Los Angeles, California. Last year, I graduated from Connecticut College with a degree in Sociology and Theater, and I am currently living and working in Los Angeles pursuing a career in acting. In college, I was a member of the Women’s Empowerment Initiative for three years before being elected as Artistic Director/Co-President my senior year. I hope to continue my work on women’s rights throughout my life. I moved from Croatia when I was 18 years old to go to college - my family still lives there, while my younger sister currently works as a model in NYC. I also love working with kids, enjoying the beach, and FaceTiming with my family whenever we can!

My name is Kristina Fernandez, I am an international student from the Philippines, studying to get my Bachelors in Fashion Business Management in the Fashion Institute of Technology. I am specializing in Buying & Planning, and minoring in International Trade & Marketing, and Ethics & Sustainability. Ever since I was a young girl I knew that I belonged in New York, everything about the city appealed to me, from the fast paced lifestyle, to the melting pot of different cultures, not to mention the endless amount of shops. In the upcoming school year, I will be working on the Fashion Forecasting and Industry Relations Team for FIT’s Style Shop, which is a student run boutique at FIT. After I graduate, I would love to work for a specialty retailer or department store, ideally working with high end products or shoes.

My name is Olivia Haskell. I am 21 years old, born and raised in Norwalk, Connecticut. I recently graduated from Connecticut College this past May, majoring in Economics and minoring in both psychology and sociology. At Conn, I was a captain of the women’s varsity swim team. Swimming has been a large part of my life for as long as I can remember and has really shaped me into who I am today. My other involvements ranged from the Womxn’s Empowerment Initiative (WEI) to Student Activities Council (SAC) and to an internship with Conn’s Office of Sexual Violence Prevention & Advocacy (OSVPA). The OSVPA has been a large part of my experience at Conn, as I am really passionate about sexual violence prevention. Working for the Office has allowed me to become a peer educator for my campus community and provided me with opportunities to get involved in areas of our campus community that I would not have otherwise. My education at Conn has led me to pursue a career as a Sales Development Representative for CB Insights in New York City. I’m really excited for this next chapter of my life, and cannot wait to see where it takes me!

Hello! My name is Jessica and I am from Old Forge, Pennsylvania. I’m a high school learning support teacher, and am currently finishing up my fourth year of teaching. I will be graduating this Saturday with my Masters of Reading from Marywood University. I was recently inducted into the educational honor society Kappa Delta Pi.
Aside from teaching, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, and watching and playing sports. I help coach a local junior high softball team, and I am part of a summer league co-ed softball team. I have completed 3 half-marathons and numerous 5k’s. Someday I hope to complete a full marathon

My name is Penelope Hinds I’m 18 years old, and I was born in New York City but raised in Hoboken. I have two younger siblings and an older half-brother. I spent my high years at Grace Church School in Manhattan, and for the past year have been studying musical theatre at the University of Miami.
I’ve been to 24 countries but New York City and Hoboken will always be my favorite places.!

I love art, music and traveling. My family has been traveling the world since I was young, so I love visiting new places. I love to perform because I love the feeling of being onstage. : My name is Carolina Lupo, I'm 25 years old, and grew up on Long Island. I currently live in New York, working in Corporate & Investment Banking at UniCredit Bank.
When I was 18 years old, I decided to take a gap year after high school and move to Shanghai, China to study Mandarin. Several weeks after my high school graduation, I packed up and left home to find myself in what became one of my favorite cities in the world. One year later, I started my freshman year at Connecticut College, studying Economics, East Asian Studies, and Linguistics. I always had the ear for languages as I grew up speaking Italian and Spanish at home. I have to say that had a bigger "culture shock" attending a small Liberal Arts school in New England than I did stepping out of the airport my first time alone in China. Throughout my studies for the following two academic years, the only thing driving my studies was the anticipation to return to Shanghai, which I did, summer after my sophomore year, to intern at the newly-opened GoPro branch in Shanghai, followed by an immersive language-pledge driven university program Mandarin At that point I fell in love with the idea of working internationally.
Fast-forwarding to summer after my graduation in 2017, I went to work at UniCredit Bank, an Italian bank, that has a relatively small branch of about 300 employees in New York. I work as an Analyst/Assistant Relationship Manager on the Multinational Corporate Coverage team, working directly with US corporations. I am one of two Analysts on my team, which enables me to work alongside my Managing Directors on a daily basis. Working in this position has been the most challenging, yet rewarding experience, as it's tested me both mentally and physically. I'm excited to see where this takes me next...

I’m currently finishing my sophomore year at Ithaca College as an Integrated Marketing Communications major with minors in Legal Studies and Psychology. I love going to the gym and doing fun workout classes like Zumba, and I am also a huge fan of Broadway musicals. Right now I work as a copy editor for my school’s newspaper, and I’m the marketing strategy student assistant for the school as well. I’m a part of the BOLD Women’s Leadership Network, which honors a select few students with a scholarship with the goal of working together to discuss issues of diversity on campus and help to make it the most inclusive place it can be. After I graduate from college I hope to work in advertising for a company involved in the entertainment industry, ideally either in music or television.

My name is Kelsey Alpaugh; I am 22 years old and will be graduating with my Masters in social work this May. I completed my undergraduate and graduate education at Monmouth University as an advanced standing student in Monmouth’s five-year MSW program. I was inducted into the Phi Alpha Honors Society in 2015 and have been an active member since. Throughout my time at Monmouth, I have interned in a variety of settings including inpatient psychiatric hospital social work, and am currently interning as a high school counselor. Upon my graduation this May, I plan to take the New Jersey LSW (Licensed Social Worker) exam, and begin my professional career. Ultimately, my dream is to become an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) and start my own private practice as a therapist, providing clinical counseling to individuals and families experiencing depression, anxiety, and other mental health diagnoses.

My name is Caitlin Berg and I am a Junior at the George Washington University studying Political Science and minoring in both History and English. Ever since I was young, I've been obsessed with politics and campaigns, which inspired me to volunteer for Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign throughout 2015 and 2016. Through my experiences at the Clinton campaign, I knew I wanted to study politics in college at a place where I would be in the center of political action. Attending the George Washington University has been a dream come true for me, and I've had the opportunity to intern for numerous organizations as well as a Senator during my time here. I'm also incredibly passionate about mental health, and spend much of my time on Instagram writing about my personal experiences with both sexual assault and anorexia. My personal stories have taught me to be brave, take action, and love myself, and I hope to use my online platforms to allow other girls to know they are not alone in their experiences. Kerrigan first gained recognition for her acting when she won the Houston area UIL Best Actress Award for her role as Elizabeth in Carnegie Vanguard HS’s state-recognized production of When the Rain Stops Falling. Since coming to the Dartmouth College, she has held lead roles in productions of 1984 (Julia) and Circle Mirror Transformation (Lauren) and in two Dartmouth student-written shows, the musical First Year and a Shakespeare adaptation Away This Night (Rosalind). Her professional credits include Matilda The Musical and Oslo at Northern Stage. Her directing credits include Assistant Director to Martha Banta for Mention My Beauty, performed as part of the New York Theatre Workshop Dartmouth Residency, and Assistant Director to Daniela Varon for the Neukom Prize Winner Choices People Make. Her stage management credits include Urinetown (Dartmouth Theatre) and Happy Days (Dartmouth Student Production). In addition to theatre production, Kerrigan has also interned at Women's Project Theatre, the oldest and largest theatre dedicated to producing work by female and trans writers and directors
