Originally from Milford, New Hampshire, he is Chief of Pharmacy for the Salt Lake City Veterans Affairs Health Care System. He loves serving veterans here in Utah. He is also an adjunct professor at the University of Utah.

Sales are down 28% year over year again!

Median Sold Price down 11% year over year.

But somehow days on market are decreasing rapidly so units are moving!

The Fed raised rates 25 bps last week but the market is already pricing in a decrease this fall and a full point decrease in spring 2024.
