We all rush to set goals at the beginning of the year - it’s the done thing right? Expand on your values as they are, or better yourself by identifying the areas of your life that can do with some work. 

Don’t create pointless goals that set you up for overwhelm, anxiety or the feeling of failure when it comes to the end of the year.
