We meet a generosity of ease in the grace of patience. May we find the strength to see our stillness as our greatest path to freedom and truth.

The resolve to keep attending to our truth is a practice that requires stillness. We find our clarity in purpose through attuning to the subtle wisdom of mind, heart and body. Alchemy comes from slowing down to notice what is painful, what is constricting and what is not ours…to bring us strength to discern where and what we must move towards with action to allow our soul to expand and be all that we are.

We are artists, we are innately creative beings. Every moment we’re creating life and in every moment with every word we speak we CHOOSE what we make real. When we can embody this truth of our being, we open ourselves to a beautiful power to become intertwined with the force of all creation.

Boundaries are the distance from which we can love ourselves and others simultaneously.

Exploring what freedom is in our lives and our belief systems. Breaking down the notions of identity to create true possibility and belonging. True freedom is the ability to be your authentic self, which is constantly changing.
