Slowing down, breathing, moments to truly begin to shift where we've been - to uplevel our life and increase our capacity for love. And raise our vibration.

Carrying the essence of love requires us to release some of the things we weren't even aware we believed, until we sat down and got.

In creating that space, we can tap into our heart, and live more authentically than ever before, life's too short to be anything else.

Friendships can be one of the most life-giving things we experience, yet we all go through seasons, or moments of being unsure of where we fit, or how we fit.
