The Highland Guardian
Amy Jarecki never leaves her readers disappointed. This is one of her best. Reid meets Audrefotpr the first time believing he is to be guardian to a young girl. He is totally taken by surprise to see that she is a 19 year old woman. She believes herself to be a shy person . Her father had asked Reid to be her guardian as his dying request. The adventure is good and Amy has given her readers a special love story set in times of the fight for Scotland's freedom. If you enjoy reading Amy's books you Will not be disappointed. Purchase of this novel is worth the price for the mix of love and adventure alone.
Great Read
Lord Seaforth is involved with the Jacobites along with Nicholas Kennett a wealthy English merchant trying to avoid redcoats when Nicholas was killed. Before he died Kennett asked Nicholas to be his daughters guardian. Audrey does not want a guardian she is devastated by the loss of her father and not very impressed by the highlander.
Loved this Highlander love store
I always enjoy Amy's books I have read most of her books now. This one for me started out a little slow but when all of the real action and adventure started it did not disappoint. A great Highland love story

Amy Jarecki has written another great story of intrigue and love. I enjoyed this book so much I had to stay up almost all night to finish. I could not wait to see how it ended. I would recommend it to all.

Ms Amy again takes to the midfle of the Jacobite movement and flourishes her beautiful love story with grand adventures and self discovery.
