Wil Slickers started working for a Marriott Autograph Collection hotel in Spokane, Washington and shortly realized his passion for people and hospitality was his dream life and career! Wil played many roles in the hotel of over 700 rooms, and after a few years there, he wanted to learn and grow more by learning the operations side of the business.

So, like any single 23 year old, he moved to the Oregon Coast to manage a small collection of independent properties and restaurants while starting a podcast! With a change in ownership, he then moved over to a smaller 70 unit, all suite hotel property. During this time the podcast really started to take shape and lead Wil to take the risk to quit his day job and venture out to run the podcast full time right before the start of 2020.

During this last year of full time entrepreneurship, Wil Slickers has created more podcast episodes, industry connections, and industry concepts than he would've ever imagined! Now, with a high demand for content, tools, and resources for anything involving hospitality, with a Hospitality & Revenue Management Certification through Cornell University, Wil has dedicated his time to individual and big name operators in the vacation rental and boutique hotel segments of hospitality while still growing the show and industry network globally.

Noelia Novella is the co-founder and CEO of Doinn, the housekeeping platform for rentals, where you can plan, schedule, automate, and buy certified cleaning, laundry and linen rental services.

Doinn was recognized as a global leader in property operations in the Skift VR 2019 and 2020 report and is part of the Google for startups Residency programs since January 2019.

Noelia fell in love with the short-term rental industry in 2013 during a round the world trip with the family, including 2 babies. She felt the need to change something: the cleaning of those properties had to be professional, as we all grow up with the cleaning standards of the hotels, and because cleanliness means safety.

After reaching several cleaning companies from the hospitality industry and deeply analyze their needs in terms of tech to work with short-term rentals, Doinn was launched in May 2015 in Lisbon.

Their services are now available in 594 cities across the USA, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Germany, UK, Ireland, Spain, and Portugal.

Before Doinn, Noelia founded the resumes on-demand startup Curricúlate and Loft you, a company that specializes in renovating homes in Lisbon.
