In this week’s episode, we dive into a topic that may feel unexpected but incredibly important: how trauma influences our sense of purpose. We explore the often-overlooked duality of trauma, seeing it not just as a source of pain but also as a creator of gifts, strengths, and direction in life. I'll unpack how our deepest wounds can actually lead us to our soul's calling.

1. Trauma’s Role in Purpose: Trauma fragments us, but it can also help shape our character traits, gifts, and even our career paths. By understanding the patterns of our wounds, we can find deeper alignment with our purpose.
2. The Healing Process: Healing trauma can lead to growth and transformation, unlocking new gifts that can be part of our life’s mission. We explore how healing often becomes a gateway to identifying our soul’s purpose and collective contribution.
3. A Multifaceted View of Purpose: Purpose isn't just about what brings us joy; it's about embracing both light and shadow, joy and struggle. Trauma plays a critical role in shaping this journey, but it requires conscious and careful healing work.
