In this episode, I speak about the effects technology are having on our children. After a recent holiday where the majority of children were sat by the pool on their tablets, it made me realise how technology is affecting the way our children behave and socialise. 

Upon returning home, I was spurred into looking into further how technology affects children and their developing minds. 

As a parent, I wish to share some of the interesting information I discovered...
