On today's episode, I give you a small insight into some tools I use to tame that wild beast... No, not my children... my mind! I decided to take back control and I talk to you about how I went about doing it.

 

I then move on to a great chat with Sam who is someone I came across through Instagram. I was first drawn to Sam's page by her incredible Vegan recipes (they are mouthwatering & defiantly worth a look at - @thevegan100). After a few messages exchanged, I had to get Sam onto the podcast where we discuss our journeys into Veganism, our 'go to foods', advice & guidance on veganism, zero waste and an article focused on the isolation of 'Vegans of Colour' within the Vegan Community... a controversial topic, but one that needs to be addressed.
