2022 was a a very difficult year for me. Life happened and at the same time, so many things I cherished, seemed to be disappearing into a whirlpool of bleakness and gloom, from bereavements, the end of a close relationship, serious illnesses for close family and friends etc.
As I struggled to cope with my annus horribilis and the dark clowds that had descended over me, as a Happiness Coach was there anything I could do to get myself out of this serious funk when suddenly challenged to be happy?
